Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Solutions is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customized logistics solutions for e-commerce marketplaces and retailers. The Associate Research Manager is responsible for the quality of VANTAGE work. S/he will oversee and guide Researchers to ensure they produce clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports which help our clients protect their integrity and reputation.

S/he will also support the Research Manager in training researchers and managing projects, leveraging internal and external resources in order to complete VANTAGE projects in a timely and effective manner.

• Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Singapore (CGIS) – ACG or FCG designation; and

The APAC Revenue team is responsible for the consistent application of global accounting policy for revenue and contract costs, by implementing and maintaining processes and controls to ensure that all associated accounting and forecasting is 100% compliant. The Record to Report (RTR) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls within the broader R2R (Intercompany, Cash Management, Fixed Assets & Leases, General Ledger) and Financial Controllership (Statutory & Tax Reporting and Finance Controller) processes, systems, and teams. ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Underwriting Manager to drive portfolio underwriting, program structuring, and risk evaluation across Polisea’s growing embedded and specialty insurance portfolios.

You will work closely with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and platform partners across Southeast Asia, translating commercial opportunities into disciplined underwriting decisions.

The role will also evaluate opportunistic property & casualty underwriting opportunities aligned with Polisea’s portfolio strategy.

As Polisea Re scales, you will help build underwriting frameworks, portfolio governance, and future underwriting capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Portfolio Ownership & Risk Management

• Own underwriting performance across assigned portfolios.
• Monitor loss ratios, exposure accumulation, claims trends, and pricing adequacy.
• Take corrective underwriting actions when portfolio performance deviates.

Program Structuring & Deal Support

• Partner with Business Development to evaluate new underwriting opportunities.
• Assess treaty, facultative, and specialty program portfolios.
• Structure underwriting programs that balance growth, pricing adequacy, and capital efficiency.

Pricing & Risk Assessment

• Work with pricing, actuarial, and analytics teams to evaluate exposures.
• Develop underwriting guidelines for emerging risks including:
• embedded insurance
• specialty digital risks
• parametric programs
• non-traditional insurance models

Product & Program Development

• Support development of new insurance programs and underwriting structures.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and claims teams to ensure scalable program design.

Underwriting Governance & Frameworks

• Ensure underwriting decisions align with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring frameworks and underwriting governance.

Market Engagement

• Engage with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, and partners.
• Support underwriting discussions during commercial negotiations.
• Position Polisea as a trusted risk partner in emerging digital ecosystems.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• 5–8 years of underwriting experience in general insurance, reinsurance, specialty lines, or InsurTech programs.
• Strong understanding of underwriting principles, portfolio management, and loss ratio drivers.
• Experience evaluating non-standard risks, policy wordings, and pricing assumptions.
• Ability to analyse exposures, claims trends, and data insights.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with BD, actuarial, analytics, product teams.
• Experience in treaty, facultative, or program underwriting is a plus.
• Commercial mindset with strong risk discipline.
• Interest in embedded insurance, digital distribution, and emerging risk models.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations for finished pharmaceutical products, ensuring strict compliance with GDP, GMP, and all relevant international regulatory requirements. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless supply chain performance across global markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight of business operations and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
• Management of 4PL providers and freight forwarders
• In-market logistics execution, including cold chain and ambient distribution
• End-to-end inventory planning and control to ensure product availability
• Driving continuity of supply through effective S&OP processes
• Leading project-related and interface activities with IT team for SCM process improvement.

The manager is also accountable for enhancing customer service levels and implementing cost optimization strategies, ensuring operational excellence and compliance within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Leads 18-month rolling demand forecasts across all channels in collaboration with the marketing team, leveraging historical sales data to establish monthly consensus forecasts.
• Coordinates with the central supply chain team to capture demand in the global planning system (Kinaxis).
• Supports local sales teams in managing hospital tenders across Malaysia , Singapore and Brunei.
• Oversees end-to-end inventory management, including reworks, redeployments, and product recalls.
• Acts as the single point of contact for in-market supply chain operations.

Distribution & Logistics

• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of products — right product, right place, right time, and right cost — within validated logistics frameworks.
• Supervises warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks, ensuring cost control, issue resolution, and performance against KPIs.
• Manages 4PL warehousing and distributor operations across Malaysia , providing strategic guidance as needed.
• Oversees inbound freight clearance activities through service providers.
• Implements cost-effective measures to improve distribution efficiency.
• Monitors inventory to meet sales demand and maintain optimal stock levels across distribution nodes.
• Prepares routine and ad-hoc MIS reports including forecasts, stock on hand, inventory provisions, and sales data.

Warehousing & Operational Logistics

• Coordinates with distributors operating in the territory.
• Manages demand planning and stock replenishment to DHL distribution centres.
• Oversees order processing, delivery execution, and inventory transactions including GRNs, new line setups, temperature excursions, cycle counts, stocktakes, and audits.
• Conducts obsolescence reviews and executes liquidation plans.
• Manages product destruction in accordance with company and local compliance policies.
• Reviews and implements KPIs including DIFOT, and drives process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with warehouse and distribution licensing requirements via DHL.
• Identifies and implements initiatives to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.

Distributor  & B2B Partner Management

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including wholesalers, distributors, and B2B partners.
• Conducts monthly secondary sales analysis.
• Reviews and approves requests related to short-dated, damaged, or returned stock.
• Supports new product line forecasting and execution.
• Participates in regular catch-ups with wholesalers and B2B partners to ensure alignment and performance.
• Ensures B2B orders are delivered in full and on time to support LE targets.

Transport & Clearance Coordination

• Coordinates timely customs clearance and transportation across all operational areas.

Cross-Functional Coordination with India Teams

• Collaborates with global supply chain, planning, finance, regulatory, quality, procurement, master data, and logistics teams to ensure business continuity.
• Delivers monthly reports and analysis including stock data and B2B order tracking.
• Manages timely release of purchase orders and monitors SKU coverage for the upcoming quarter.
• Aligns LE planning in Kinaxis with country leadership, finance, and SCM teams.
• Ensures adherence to quality compliance standards as per company guidelines.

Team & Resource Management

• Coordinates team meetings, delegates tasks, manages workloads, and fosters cross-functional collaboration.

As we expand in Malaysia, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships to lead and scale our affiliate and strategic partnerships program.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate and partner ecosystems to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop high-impact partnership strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the affiliate and partnerships strategy for Malaysia
• Identify, onboard, and manage key affiliate partners (publishers, influencers, networks, aggregators)
• Drive performance marketing initiatives through CPA, CPL, and revenue-share models
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners to unlock new growth channels
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights

• Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or digital platforms is highly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tracking and attribution tools
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover. 
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates. 
• Ensure compliance with heritage and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Oversee coordination of architects, engineers, heritage consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions within Nautec Malaysia: Staffing, performance management, talent management training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, policy design and implementation, employee communication, etc.;
• Support and partner the management in all critical personnel matters.  Provide insight, coaching and advice to management team in all aspects of HR issues;
• Support Management Team in implementing the personnel administration and improving administrative efficiency;
• Identification of training and development gaps and deploying processes and programme to close the gap;
• Strategic staffing planning and implementation.  This include projecting workforce needs in-line with business strategy and managing the talent pipeline to ensure all key positions have succession plan in place
• Manage the compensation and benefits (C&B) plan and structure and ensuring a smooth C&B process to satisfy the needs of business and individuals;
• Support managers in employee relations’ issues, policies and procedures, grievance and disciplinary hearings;
• Ensure policies, process and initiatives on employee safety, well-being and welfare are developed and implemented consistently;
• Manage industrial relations issues as needed;
• Ensure that HR & Admin policies and practices are always in-line with the legal and internal control requirements;
