職位描述：

負責端到端的合約管理。
執行公司相關和要求的所有政策、活動、程序。
負責起草和審查合約文件並處理合約爭議和/或問題。
投標資格預審、評估並向管理層推薦。
在整個招標過程中與顧問聯絡，包括制定招標方案、評估特定合約形式的適用性和具體招標條件。
審查顧問準備的招標和合約文件。
負責招標工作，特別是招標，包括招標、審查招標報告、參加投標面試、談判、敲定並向管理層準備推薦報告以授予合約。
與顧問 QS 聯絡，提供每月專案財務報表以供報告之用。
準備對替代方案的分析和比較。
監督顧問及時處理承包商提交的變更工程。
審查顧問準備的最終帳目表。
