Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for active and direct sales and marketing activities of the company, locally and internationally.
- Attend to phone enquiries and walk in customer professionally.
- To monitor and ensure effectiveness of all resources in achieving sales target.
- To arrange and accompany potential buyers for site viewing.
- Coordinate and organize sales launches, road shows and promotional events.
- To prepare report such as monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by management.
- Preparing of proposal development report, market survey, competitor analysis, property exhibition and magazine evaluation report, sales kit, invitation letter & etc.
- To assist Manager or Assistant Manager on task assigned.
- Preparation of letters, forms, plans and other documents for presentation and signing purposes.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office.
- Readiness to work on weekend or public holidays (allowance given)
- Willing to travel frequently (outstation / local roadshow / events).
