• Localizing and linking graphic content
• Production of review and final deliverables, e.g. AI, Photoshop
• Work from briefs whilst also offering ideas for improving the original specification/client requirements.
• Liaising with client in relation to artwork problem and enquiries if necessary
• Technical support of team
• Artwork retouching, file checking based on production printing requirement

REQUIREMENT

• Full time Position available
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art/Design/creative multimedia, Advertising/ medoa or equivalent 
• Fresh graduate or those without qualification but with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply
• Required skill(s) :InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Mature, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Willing to work in Seri Kembangan and shift arrangement
• Background in DTP (Desktop Publishing) is an advantage
• Required language(s): Chinese (**MUST), Cantonese (**MUST), English,Malay

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and product positioning to maximize product potential.
• Monitor product performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Manage the entire product ordering process, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and supplier negotiations.
• Oversee purchase order management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of orders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best conditions and ensure supply stability.
• Implement and maintain inventory and quality control processes to manage stock levels, ensure product quality, and comply with industry standards.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution strategies, optimizing product availability and minimizing costs.
• Regularly review procurement and supply chain processes for cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any product-related issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on product performance, inventory status, and supply chain efficiency.

• Responsible to manage, handle and control all the shipping role.
• Day-lo-day responsibilities of shipping is includes : Overseeing certain incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments.
• To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the shipping section.
• Determining shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping method required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
• Provide shipping documentation and manage the shipping activity (Export & Import).
• Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all order to ensure material and finish goods are delivered as per schedule.
• Coordinates import and export logistic according lo the planned materials receiving and out-going loading schedule for shipment plan.
• Assist to prepare authorization letter and send to forwarder together with shipping documents for clearance of the goods from the port.
• Provide the summary report of shipping progress and Export PIB/PEB.

3. Menyiapkan Calon Pengganti Agen (Reguler & INN)  untuk setiap area
4. Merekrut dan menambah Agen (Reguler & INN) sesuai dengan plan ekspansi / pengembangan Coverage
5. Membuat estimasi order ke plant Span of Control max 5 agen (Reguler/INN)
