What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be a proven leader within Internal Communications and have a long history of working within the financial service or insurance sector with an apparent and clear passion for Internal Communications and a drive to succeed. You will need to have a proven track record working with and building trusted relationships with senior leaders of large matrix organisation, and be able to get stuck in to both the strategy and delivery of the internal communications plan. Strong management skills are a must as you will be managing a team of 3, as well as collaborating with a wider team of 30+.
