Job Description:

Allfunds is the leading B2B Fund Distribution platform, headquartered in Spain.

Providing paralegal support to the Sales & Client Services team located in our Singapore Regional Office, and Hong Kong and Shanghai local offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Due diligence review of legal documents.
2. Manage the fund manager authorization of distributors process in liaison with Head Office.
3. Proof-reading and fact-checking.
4. Document management & administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the APAC Legal Department
5. Coordination of signing of legal documents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Law.
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
3. High command of Spanish language, both written and spoken, is a plus, in order to facilitate communication with HO colleagues,
4. Able to thrive in a relatively small team environment.
5. Energetic, positive “can do” attitude, good people skills and a team player.
6. Must be willing to “roll up sleeves” and be “hands on”.
