Job Summary:

The Human Resources Administrator provides essential support to the HR department of Robust International, focusing on administrative tasks, maintaining HR records, assisting with the recruitment process, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This position is based in Singapore and contributes to the effective operation of HR functions across the company, with an emphasis on organizational support and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2. Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
3. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks.
4. Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement and welfare programs.
5. Provide administrative support for HR-related inquiries and communications.
6. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
7. Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
8. Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll issues.
9. Help ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
10. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the Agricultural/Logistics sector.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
