You secure excellence in total Supply Chain operational performance and its further development, in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders. You contribute to reach customer perceived availability at the lowest total cost (considering impacts of quality, safety, service performance, sustainability and other supply chain costs securing optimal replenishment solution).
Your main assignments as Supply Operations Developer are:
- Secure operational performance in Supply Chain from end-to-end perspective within given cope, according to (i.e. Handling Risk of Shortage, Range Changes, Handling commercial actions, Handling high inventory, Delivery solution optimization, Slot management at sender and receiver side, Flow optimization execution, Expansion execution, EQU improvements) and working methods, always having in mind the customer value Challenge and develop current logistical set up by identifying patterns of underperformance, non-compliance, deviations, and potential risks. Engaging respective stakeholders, together performing root-cause analysis and lead corrective actions. Undertake initiatives to develop operational performance, utilizing efficiency increase opportunities to bring excellence in operations and reach agreed objectives.
- Validate and optimize sending and receiving capacities as a link between all Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Lead high-quality communication with on time- and fact-based supply information among stakeholders from the whole Supply Chain.
- Follow up on execution of the Supply Plan (the compliance of Stakeholders, the execution of market-relevant plans in connection with the Market Operation Forum (MOF).
- Adjust Delivery lead times based on performance and follow up On Time Delivery (OTD).
- Plan and execute replenishment plan for new logistic units (Store and Customer Distribution Centers within established market).
- Support, contribute with a knowledge and actions during ERP situation.
- Give an input on improvement of current processes, way of working to Supply Operations Competence centers – FPD, FRD, FCP).
