KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the property maintenance, assistance with capital projects & works conform to Company Engineering Standards and Local Government Legislation Participates in the overall Resort’s Management whilst maintaining a “hands on role”.

The Maintenance Manager will be required to conduct his duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

• To Review all security measures, procedures, equipment and methods at least every three months for protective and preventive purposes well as to maintain efficiently tight security control.
• Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager and to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.
• Supervise and control the Maintenance Request System.
• Control, initiate and undertake capital projects from design and pricing to construction and commissioning.
• Control and administer all Engineering contracts throughout the Hotel.
• Oversee the general cost control aspects of maintenance.

• To maintain the buildings, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections.
• To manage all M&E terms contractors and suppliers to ensure the quality of work, compliances and completeness of maintenance works are carried out satisfactorily and adequately.
• Manage and implement preventive maintenance schedule plan to ensure the Club facilities are well-maintained.
• Prepare annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly reports for Management and Executive Committee.
• Responsible for budgetary and manages costs effectively for all maintenance works and projects.
• Able to implement applicable AI solutions, analyse data for insights and introduce smart technology into relevant services.
• Liaising with all relevant authorities concerned with regards to all D&M matters. Ensure all relevant submission to the authority are in line with project schedule.
• Ensure all contracts under D&M department are renewed as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Building Facilities Management.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Building Automation/Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret M&E diagrams, drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint and Outlook
