• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
  • To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis
  • To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters
  • To carry out evaluations for process improvement
  • To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.

We are actively driving advanced package technology and developing power package with focusing on next generation technologies for AI data center and automotive. To achieve the rapidly growing demand and expedite release to market of power packages, we are developing such as Power QFN, HSON, HSOT and TOLL. This role offers the opportunity to work on, higher density, lower resistance, higher reliability, and high thermal dissipation package design and develop technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop power package and interconnect for Renesas’s packaging needs in the areas of power QFN, HSON, HSOT and TOLL for AI data center and Automotive.
• Work with OSAT/Internal manufacturing especially collaboration with Malaysia and Japan PKG team to develop, run DOE to optimize processes and establish process specification.
• Work with Product groups and QA team to define target of package structure/design, develop new package and processes, and qualify packages within required period.
• Ensure smooth transition into production by establishing robust design and process through the DOE results, verification, and resolving issuesduring development period.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in advanced power package design, process, and interconnect that linked and execute pkg roadmap. 

1. Responsible for assisting in all issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical maintenance at all times, act as a point of contact during after working hours as and when an emergency arises.
2. Responsible for the management of genset to be readily in place at the event of a TNB power supply interruption in order to ensure operations are not disrupted at the farm.
3. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance works as per schedule, using appropriate equipment.
4. Regularly monitor electrical and mechanical services and maintain all facilities, equipment and machines at the broiler farm.
5. Assist in updating relevant documents on the completed preventive maintenance in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Adopt a 5S compliance culture and as well as safety and health regulations as directed by the management.
7. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud solutions, and network engineering in Microsoft Azure. This role involves maintaining and developing a cloud environment that hosts mission critical financial services applications used across Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as Code to deliver a cloud environment that enables software development teams to deploy projects with ease.
• Provide expertise in Cloud Solutions, including deployment pipelines, automation, virtual machines, Azure PaaS services.
• Investigate identified security vulnerabilities and implement technical solutions to resolve them.
• Apply approved network changes in the cloud environment, including provisioning and changes to Network Security Groups, subnets, virtual networks and firewall rules.
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality across cloud environments and support achieving team objectives.
• Support efforts to proactively manage cloud hosting costs through appropriate provisioning and sizing of cloud resources and monitoring of resource utilisation.
• Contribute to technical documentation of the cloud environment and processes for supporting it.
• Ensure the cloud environment is maintained to high levels of availability and performance in line with service level commitments.
