• Able to prepare full sets of commercial documentation (such as BL, 
  Shipping Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) 
• Able to prepare third party documents (such as Form D, Chamber COO,

• Liaise well with internal departments, carriers/ freight forwarders to 
  ensure smooth operation for import and export shipments. 
• Handle and negotiate freight rates / forwarding cost with related parties. 
• Review all PO, shipping instructions received from customer to ensure 
  compliance relating to shipping and documentation 
• Monitor and ensure documentation teams meet the stipulated documents

• Continuously strive to provide co-operation to both internal & external

• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must as you will be

• Plan and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
• Monitor orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
