The Department of Food Science & Technology (FST) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is Singapore’s first Department of Food Science & Technology in the university sector. The Singapore American School seeks enthusiastic certified teachers to join the SAS team next year as math assistant teachers (ATs). Our ATs will serve in our new math tutoring center as well as alongside our classroom teachers supporting the math needs of our students. Responsibilities:

The Mathematics Assistant Teachers will be based primarily in our math tutoring center in the library; supporting students ages 15-18 years old. Assistant teachers will also participate in math department Professional Learning Community (PLC) teams and add support in classrooms when needed. This is a new pilot program so flexibility is a must for the preferred candidates.

Support for Learning
