About this Position
The incumbent will be responsible for the review of social media campaigns and content for compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy related to recruiting and soliciting products online.
This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week.
The estimated salary range is: 62K -65K
Responsibilities & Qualifications
This role carries responsibility for the enforcement of Primerica’s Internet and social media policies, and the use of company trademarks and trade names, and of regulatory and company advertising guidelines. The candidate will be required to stay abreast of regulatory requirements surrounding use of the Internet and social media and, as new issues arise, determine whether enhancements to the related company policies are necessary.
The candidate must comprehend complex issues and be adept at analyzing information and recommending viable solutions; must possess a willingness to work collaboratively with team members and business counterparts to identify thoughtful and creative solutions to issues that may arise.
Must be securities licensed (or obtain securities licenses upon hire) and have excellent research and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of the Internet, including an understanding of various social media sites, and their related functionality, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and judgment also required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Series SIE, 6 and 26 licenses required (or obtained within 120 days of hire)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of the internet, various social media sites and related functionality
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and able to manage priorities effectively
- Ability to self-initiate and coordinate tasks
- Ability to identify problematic issues and escalate cases to senior analysts when necessary
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
