Job Scope

• Support in all phases of an audit from the planning stage to audit report publication
• Perform internal audit reviews and access effectiveness of internal controls
• Perform risk discussions and assessments of risk profile and highlight key risk for reporting
• Identify systemic / emerging issues, weaknesses in processes and internal controls and accountable for engaging with line management and making practical and value-added recommendations and following up on audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of corrective actions.
• Prepare a clear and concise written audit reports and presentation materials to Management and Audit Committee
• Undertake other types of advisory work such as internal control policy development, financial due diligence, investigations services and sustainability and ESG advisory projects.

Job Summary:

Group Audit helps the Board and Executive Management meet the strategic and operational objectives of the Group. Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of BU/SUs - risk, product and processes regionally.

• Ensure concise and clear audit findings and reports are presented on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification, with at least 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the internal audit of financial services industry, preferably with relevant experience in consumer banking, wealth management and/or legal & compliance functions
• Self-motivated and demonstrates the initiative & ability to work independently and effectively with multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), i.e., able to articulate key messages effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team mates.
• Proven robust analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Manage Internal Audit Model Risk Management Activities
• Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Model Development and Model Validation process with at least one modeling area of specialization among Market Risk , Credit Risk, Loss Forecasting , Wholesale, Retail, PPNR , Consumer Valuation, AML , Basel, CCAR , Scenario design and CECL.
• Good understanding of model risk policy/procedure , SR 11/7, SR 15/18, OCC 11/12  
• Audit experience preferred, but candidates with a strong background in the above-mentioned areas will also be considered .
• Effective verbal, written communication, skills as well as negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good project management skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Certified Nursing Assistant:
