AML/CFT 

• Supports in establishing and maintaining AML/CFT standards, policies & procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and assists the Manager in the implementation of program for AML/CFT.
• Support client screening and AML/CFT transaction monitoring & alerts, including monitoring Client activities and identifying suspicious transactions.
• Support all AML/CFT related matters and compliance, including regulatory, audit and similar inspections.
• Support the Company’s AML/CFT compliance and function to identify, manage, monitor and mitigate exposure to compliance risk.
• Assist in liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies to ensure that the Company is always in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Support the Designated Compliance Officer at the various departments on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism matters.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (Supporting Function)

•  Support the Compliance Section in instilling a ‘compliance aware” culture within the Company.
• Assist in ensuring Company’s compliance with laws, rules and regulations set by statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Support in monitoring the implementation of the Company’s compliance requirement (eg: BNM’s regulated products, FSA, AML/CFT, JSOX, etc).
• Assist in ensuring the Company’s compliance with the laws, rules and regulations set by the statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the implementation of compliance training program.
• Support in reviewing the Company’s documents (policies/procedures) inclusive of documents related to BNM’s regulated products.
• Support the Compliance Section on regulatory compliances, including the compliance of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).

Job Requirement 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Administration/Legal/Compliance or other related field.
• At least 1 year(s) and above of working experience in Compliance Department/Audit.
• Experience in a compliance function is preferred, and preferably gained from the banking or financial credit services industry.

Job Purpose:

Develop and maintain efficient process, system, information, database for optimum utilisation to support business requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

1.       Business Process and System Management

·       Evaluate and identify gaps in the processes, data flows, systems of Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) covering artistic management, orchestra management, music education and talent development; provide recommendations and solutions for more effective and efficient systems and processes in order to achieve operational excellence.

2.       Database Management 

·       Evaluate, implement, and maintain best of arts database system for MPO and Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (MPYO).

·       Coordinate the creation and maintenance of data including details of guest artists, conductors, agency, and fee structure, MPO and MPYO musicians, audition candidates etc. for up-to-date and accurate reporting and further utilization by authorized parties.  

3.       Schedule Management

·       Collate and coordinate the distribution of monthly MPO schedule to relevant parties at least one month in advance. 

·       Affirm instrumentation for each repertoire piece, in consultation with the Library and update weekly seating / casting template in a timely manner.

4.       Evaluation Post Performance with Guest Artists and Conductors

·       Develop online survey for evaluation of MPO guest conductors and artists.  Manage the collation of evaluation from MPO musicians; tabulate and analyze the survey results for future improvements.

5.       Information Management

·       Create and maintain website for MPO musicians to access up-to-date information, including weekly rehearsal orders, seating, and castings.

·       Coordinate the timely update of weekly rehearsal orders, seating, and castings on the appropriate MPO bulletin boards.

6.       Recording Management

·       Act as primary liaison for MPO/MPYO recordings and other A/V productions. Supervise the planning, budget, logistics, and set-up for recordings. Assist with the recording, mixing, mastering, and editing processes, as assigned.

7.       Other Duties as Assigned by the CEO

·       Plan and execute all other duties as assigned by the CEO.
