The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, with at least eight years of industry experience.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a significant focus on developing ad tech or ad-serving platforms with high-impact
Strong expertise in Go programming language and proficiency in concurrent programming
In-depth understanding of ad tech concepts, including ad serving, real-time bidding, ad targeting, and user profiling
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
A big plus is knowledge of ad tech protocols and standards (e.g., OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID).
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks in large-scale systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Compensation for this role is expected to be between $190,000 and $225,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

What we are looking for in a full stack engineer:
6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on front-end and back-end development.
Extensive experience in developing front-end web applications with JavaScript (ES6), HTML, and CSS.
Experience in front-end design patterns and architecture.
Understanding of the concept of web components
Experience with litHTML and litElement is considered a big plus
Strong software development and debugging skills, working in a full-stack environment with REST APIs over HTTP.
Hands-on experience in web testing stack - Karma, Chai, Sinon, Jasmine.
Hands-on experience in developing secure and reliable backend services with Java as the primary language.
Knowledge of Spring framework for back-end systems development
Understanding of web security standards and using them to secure the systems you develop.
Familiarity with modern CI/CD platforms especially Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
