Requirements

Key skills required for this role:

• Strong attention to details - having a keen eye for detail to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are error-free
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple catalogues and keeping to production timeline
• Proficiency in graphic design software/tools i.e. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
• Creativity and design sense to be able to create visually appealing layouts and arrange product information in an attractive manner for best aesthetic output
• Necessary copywriting and editing skills to be able to edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar and consistency

Visual Merchandising:

Design VM plans for management approval and creates shop visuals for all local campaigns;

Plan and execute VM and store display activities in accordance with company standards and guidelines to maintain brand image across all stores;

Work alongside the Sales Operations team to ensure timely and effective execution of store set-ups to ensure consistency and high standards in all areas of VM;

Initiate innovative merchandising techniques to maintain freshness in brand visuals;

Keep abreast of market trends to ensure competitivenes

Graphics Design:

Brief and advise the Sales Operations and Marketing teams about shop visuals’ design styles, formats, print production, and timescales;

Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for physical shop visuals, garment printing, social media posts, online marketplaces, and websites;

Arrange production of illustrative material;

Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required;

Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Communications:

Liaise with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure required components and production materials are provided to meet its pre-set budget levels and are warehoused/recycled appropriately;

Ensure weekly communication with the Sales Operations team on visual directives issues and challenges;

Conduct weekly store visits to ensure VM compliance consistency and excellence in execution;

Provide monthly work-schedule and weekly photos of the window and in-store set-ups;

Conduct in-store VM Inductions;

Coach, mentor, and motivate in-store teams on all aspects of Visual Merchandising including merchandise analysis;

Prepare and facilitate visual training workshops to ensure all shop-in-charge are up to date with VM directives

Requirements for Graphic Designer:

Excellent with design and photo-editing software (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.);

Exceptional creativity and innovation;

Excellent time management and organisational skills;
