Act as the link and representative of the Hospice for education providers and Commissioners. Attend all mandatory training. Attend any training or development required by the Hospice. What your responsibilities will be

· Provides scientific, technical and medical expertise and guidance, in area(s) prioritizing immunohematology/blood typing and secondly transfusion medicine, blood banking, blood policies.

· Identify/source key resources needed to support medical affairs goals in the region - Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders.

· Partners closely with APAC commercial operations, Global and Customer Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Affairs to ensure focus/alignment of medical affairs activities and deliverables in APAC with the overall business strategy in region. This includes but not limited to support activities of existing product offerings and identification of new products and their respective development. Support development and implementation of scientific marketing and sales tools.

· Ensure Grifols scientific leadership through research, congress symposia, publications, educational activities, and strong collaborative relationships with key opinion and thought leaders.

Working knowledge of budget/spend management, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, especially with key stakeholders and external customers and collaborators. Proven track record establishing and maintaining scientific collaborative relationships with key opinion and thought leaders.

· Minimum requirement: MD or PhD in a Biological Sciences field

· Minimum 10 years of experience in transfusion science/medicine; at least 3 years experience working in scientific/medical affairs role highly desirable.

We are currently looking for an Associate Medical Director for an oncology focused ADC business to be based here in Singapore.

They are relatively new to Asia and have been ramping up their clinical presence across the region and are looking for somebody to support their ongoing work.

This work is currently done by their Regional Head but they have too much on their plate so need somebody to take responsibility for everything medical with their clinical trials. This role is a great opportunity to work with an experienced leader in the space, work on multiple trials across the region and work with a really promising pipeline.

You will be accountable for ensuring that diagnostic tests or equivalent segmentation tools are delivered to our portfolio of antibody drug conjugate products within Early Oncology. This role is pivotal in leading all aspects of the development of traditional and computational pathology tools for patient segmentation.

How you will make an impact:

· Manage and oversee the work in multiple areas while ensuring compliance with the EH&S procedures, local government regulations policies and programs and industry standards

· Accountable for plant's annual EH&S performance goals, budget, training (e.g., regulatory) and communications programs

· Manage the EH&S system to assure continuous compliance and improvement of the EH&S certifications. Serve as lead person with local authorities on all EH&S matters

· Work with plant leadership to develop operational strategy programs (e.g., ergonomics, occupational health, accident reduction, hazardous material handling) that align with plant strategy

· Collaborate and align with Corporate EH&S and GSC team in driving standardized EH&S programs. Partner with cross-functional groups/resources to achieve tactical execution of business objectives

· Manage 3rd party contractors related to the EH&S aspects initiatives, the emergency response team and nursing office; Partner closely with HR on related issues and programs (e.g., disability, wellness)

· Drive sustainability and environmental related efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders and a value stream mindset and culture of continuous improvement based on lean and Six Sigma principles and EW Production System (EPS)

What you'll need (Required):

· Bachelor's Degree with related EH&S experience and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Manager

· Demonstrated track record in operations management and experience working in a regulated industry

· Expert understanding of related industrial safety and environmental regulations and general industry OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations

· Knowledge of financial mechanism that relates to EH&S
