We are looking for a highly motivated Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer to lead the Capital Budget Execution and Asset Management Operations for IT- Engineering Computing: Federation Planning and Operations Team.

The Federation Operations is a team of Capacity Planners who manage the compute and storage capacity planning cycles for all the Intel design groups, supply/demand analysis, purchasing, asset management, allocation and driving efficient use of the compute assets.

High level responsibilities for this role include:

⦿ Ensure Smooth and Streamlined Purchase Execution of the monthly and yearly IT/EC approved capital from Purchase Initiation to Approval to Delivery and Asset Registration

• Create the Purchase requests; request the funding
• Creating Shopping Cart (SC) within agreed OLA
• Follow through on SC approvals, publish weekly reports and Validate Purchase Order (PO)
• Escalate invoice and payment issue as required while ensuring country based legality
• Engage with vendor, manage quotes, PO receipts, Estimated shipping dates
• Monitor and track supply chain timelines

⦿ Engage with Finance on WBS or funding related issues

⦿ Close engagement with Intel vendor team to ensure POR configs are in the shopping tool catalog.

⦿ Work with IT and EC teams to ensure assets are correctly received and tracked in the asset POR tools

⦿ Point of contact for any Procurement related queries

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Servicenow asset management, Purchasing policies and tools. Should be detailed oriented and ability to analyze data for developing reports and supply chain metrics.
• Understanding of Business processes: Finance capital Plan process, Supply Chain process

The Southeast Asia Communications manager is a full-time position based in Singapore and reports to the Head of Communications for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

As with all Global Comms employees you will be a champion of the corporate narrative and are expected apply it as well as promote its use with your stakeholders.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders based in Southeast Asia in Sales and Marketing Group (SMG), Government Affairs and at the Intel Sites in Malaysia. Help the leadership team develop their messaging platform via media training and establish their media presence via opinion pieces, interview opportunities and external speaking engagements.

Use news moments, product launches and case studies as storytelling opportunities and how Intel technology is impacting human lives in a positive way.

Work collaboratively with the business teams to identify and consistently raise the bar on thought leadership stories that will further promote the Intel brand in region.

Collaborate cross functionally with local marketing, social media, employee comms and public affairs teams to work on a 360-degree communications approach for maximum impact.

Develop and maintain direct relationships with key reporters and influencers in SEA, while managing a network of agencies for broader outreach.

Manage local media and providing support to stakeholders during any issues/crises from a communications perspective.

Serve as a first line of defense as a company spokesperson.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, ideally with a mix of work experience on the agency and client side.

Prior experience working in the tech industry.

Bachelor’s degree

Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.

Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.

Drive, Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.

Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product test development.
• 5+ years ATE experience with Advantest V93K, T2K ,Teradyne J750/uFlex or HDMT ATE platform.
• 5+ years of experience with developing tests, patterns/vectors, timing, and diagnostics on Automated Test Equipment. IP knowledge on either SCAN, MBIST, HSIO, DDR, Thermal ,Power, Analog and RF test development experience.
• Strong programming skill on C/C++, VB, Java, Python.
• Familiar with both wafer probers, probe technology, handler, automated thermal control
• PCB design along with electric and components is a PLUS.
• Strong pareto analysis experience to drive a debug process and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels, BU and OSATs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or related areas.
