About the Communications & Partnership (C&P) Department:
The Department centralises the organisation’s fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors. C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation’s programmes and services.
The incumbent will look at helping to co-lead, manage, and coordinate the scope of the corporate partnership to manage various stakeholders’ relations for resource mobilisation, raising funds, philanthropic resources, CSR partnerships, and/ or awareness and all forms of communications. As part of reporting and accountability, stewardship reports need to be generated to track fund utilisation.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Department

Donor Management

· Strategize and develop donation requirements to meet the needs of the Centre

· Identify potential donor sources, handle donor enquiries and match donors with suitable opportunities

· Prepare and submit monthly donor reports

Volunteer Management

• Ability to conceptualize campaign landing pages
• Good understanding and practical experience of Baidu, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and other relevant analytics tools (Preferred)

5. Email marketing

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.

8. Ownership of agency relationships - Source and work with agencies to ensure tactical implementation of strategy.

9. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

10. Flawless Commercialization: Lead the refinement of internal processes for flawless commercialization. Create and manage marketing collaterals such as selling guides, spec sheets, presentations, and product catalogs, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key value propositions to target audiences.

11. APAC New Product/Service/Solutions Launch Communication: Lead corporate communications for new product, service, and solutions launches in the APAC market. Develop and execute communication plans to generate excitement, awareness, and adoption among target audiences.

12. Brand Communications: Manage internal brand communications, including establishing and maintaining standards of identity, image banks, icon banks, and templates. Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging within the organization to strengthen brand recognition and alignment. Lead APAC News plan and launch. Brand stories

13. Develop and Manage Spokesperson Development Building Technology Leadership: Plan and create a spokesperson internally, such as an industry expert or key opinion leader (KOL), who can effectively communicate externally to enhance brand reputation. Develop their expertise, provide guidance, and coordinate their involvement in external communication activities

14. Collaborate with global marketing teams and communicate regularly to ensure consistent messaging and branding strategies across different regions. Share insights and best practices to optimize marketing communication efforts. Gateway to global digital marketing

15. Be the voice of the region when collaborating on globally led brand development projects (e.g. global asset development, refinement of brand toolkits, input into long-term brand strategy)

16. Trademark registration: Manage the process of researching, preparing, filing, and maintaining trademark registrations to protect the organization's intellectual property rights.

17. Responsible for budget management for the Regional APAC by markets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.. Proof of academic excellence from secondary to university in English Language (Straight As) and strong Chinese language qualifications. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal), especially in story telling editorial skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across the APAC markets.
• 7-10 years or above of proven experience in marketing communication, preferably with a focus on the APAC market and B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and communication strategies.
• Proven ability to develop innovative, disruptive and less traditional creative content and execution
• Research experiences especially exposure and experience in analyzing and articulation on macro-economics across APAC markets.

AIC aims to create a vibrant care community for our seniors to live well and age gracefully. Our Community Care Partners play an integral role in helping us attain this national objective. We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our Sector Communication & Engagement Department. The role will assist the Team Lead to help shape and drive effective and timely engagements with our Community Care Partners through our various engagement channels.

Working as part of a team, the role will also see them organising major annual events for the sector, such as the Community Care Work Plan Seminar, Community Care Day and Community Care Conference, over and above other regularised events in AIC’s calendar.

• Assist the Team Lead to execute events involving Community Care sector partners, ranging from conferences, workshops, grounds-up activities to encourage sector-wide discussions, virtual conferences, to awards and recognition events.
• Work with internal stakeholders to assess and identify interests and needs of sector partners.
• Support the Team with basic graphic designing and video editing
• Plan and execute promotional activities for organised events
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure adherence
• Manage the Awards and Recognition events from nomination, shortlisting, panel ranking, selection of recipients and judging panel and maintain repository of past winners and judges

Job Requirements:

About the Communications & Partnership (C&P) Department:
The Department centralises the organisation’s fundraising efforts, coordinates, pitches, and secures private funding from corporate partners/ donors. C&P engages its key stakeholders such as the volunteers, donors and corporate partners to sustain the organisation’s programmes and services.

The incumbent will look at helping to co-lead, manage, and coordinate the scope of the corporate partnership to manage various stakeholders’ relations for resource mobilisation, raising funds, philanthropic resources, CSR partnerships, and/ or awareness and all forms of communications. As part of reporting and accountability, stewardship reports need to be generated to track fund utilisation.

Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping of the organisation’s Donor Mailbox.
• Be familiar with the protocols and fundamentals of the various types of donations and donor/ partner management.
• Manages and monitors the organisation’s donation platforms.
• Keeps track of donations in-kind, such as rations, and channelling resources across centres.
• Tracks and monitors donor/ partner status, and activities with the organisation.
• Pitch for funding for programme sustenance/ new programmes aligned with the organisation’s mission and vision.
• Plans and executes annual Givers’ Appreciation Lunch for top-tier partners/ donors.
• Develop eDMs to engage existing donors/ partners while cultivating new ones.
• Produces reports of the organisation’s tracking, engagement, and auditing purposes.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferably with some social service experience
• Has at least 3-4 years of experience in administration, project management, customer relations, and hospitality.
• Understand the importance of relationship building, management, and sustainability.
• Plans, manages and executes fundraising campaigns according to the evolving needs of our services.
• Develop and drive new and ongoing campaigns.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Manages existing corporate donors while cultivating new partners through strategic pitching efforts.
• Keeps check and maintains corporate donor/ partner databases and provides reports for accountability.
