Job Description

• To source products, to request quotation, samples and negotiate price and terms with supplier.
• To review order replenishment, place order to supplier and follow up on payment and goods delivery.
• Ensure all procured items meet the specification, quality, halal requirement, and food act/regulations.
• To check and verify order confirmation documents, perform costing calculation and update system accordingly.
• To perform entry of Code creation, Purchase order, Good receive, Stock adjustment and other data maintainance in SQL.
• To notify stock arrival to all parties concerned upon arrival of stocks.
• To liaise with supplier on quality issue or reject items.
• Work closely with other departments to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives & workflow for streamlining.
• To generate reports assigned.
• To execute any other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Purchasing, Inventory, Material, Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English
• Pro-active, Team Player, Meticulous with sense of urgency.
• Competent in managing and proper handling of accurate records and system/ procedure compliance.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Knowledge on Incoterm and SQL is an advantage.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: F&B / Retail
• Position Title: Store Manager (Pastry) / Shop Manager
• Working Location: Plaza Singapura / Nex Serangoon
• Working Hours: 6 days, shifts rotation
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 (including OT & Allowances)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Possess excellent store management experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for knowledge and communication for staff.
• Provide comprehensive leadership and training to team members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Maintain effective communication systems both on and off the shop floor to ensure a cohesive and productive team.
• Collaborate with the team on product knowledge, brand awareness, and customer service to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the shop is always well-stocked and clean to provide a welcoming and organized shopping experience for customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of international retail operations and be prepared to manage overseas outlets in the future.
