Payroll
· Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff
· Ensure compliance to statutory requirements, government legislation and group policies and standards
· Manage all statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims e.g. annual tax filings, IR21, IR8A, NS Reservist claims, CDCA claims etc
· Maintain HRIS system and work with system provider to ensure changes/updates are fully tested and implemented
· Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRD or related discipline
· At least 3 years of payroll experience
· Strong knowledge in statutory regulations and reporting
· Attentive to details, organized and with excellent numerical skills
· Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment with effective time management ability
· Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
· Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
· People oriented and results driven
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
