Our client is a highly reputable EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractor and solutions provider to the Offshore Oil & Gas industry. They’re on a look out for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Audit) to lead their audit team. This is a Fixed Term contract of 24 months.

about the job

• Act as lead auditor in internal Regulatory Compliance audits
• Responsible for preparing Corporate Audit Guidelines considering project lifecycle.
• Organize, facilitate, accompany and follow-up external audits and inspections associated to relevant International and local standards and regulations.
• Coordinate internal audits into the projects to ensure compliance to latest regulations
• To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified QHSE or any other Management Systems
• Support project team during elaboration of action plans and implementation of corrective actions for Audit nonconformities in order to be concluded and verified effectively
• Provide direction and coordination for project activities related to regulatory compliance audits.
• Control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other members of the audit team
• Support projects during External Audits
• Liaise with external regulatory Authority for external audit for the projects.

job requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
• Experienced as a lead auditor (ISO9001, 14001, 45001)
• Minimum 5 years experience in QHSE management systems and doing 3rd party audits
• Possess large experience dealing with external regulatory authority for external audit/certifications for the projects
• Preferably has experience with industries such as Oil & Gas and petrochemical etc.

• Ensures operational process operating and meeting process/ product requirement/ specification.
• Closely monitors the performance of key quality indicators (Quality objectives) and initiates, deploys and implements plans or measures to meet the goal set.
• Leads team to review, analyze daily process issues and drive respective departments for process improvement.

• Ensures all documents (Quality management system, Control Plan, and inspection checklist) are updated regularly.

job requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge in Autocad, SAP, ISO auditing and statistical tools e.g. minitab
• Experience working in an ISO 9001:2000 Quality System
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor trained
• Experience in 3rd party audit, internal audit, training, and review and update of documents
• Good interpretation of the QMS standard and good interpersonal communication skills
• Willing to work around kallang / lavender area
