The Quality Assurance Auditor role ensures that the organisation is CQC inspection ready.

They provide a critical friend to audit services on a planned or as required basis using standardised audit tools and reports.. They quickly raise any issues locally and look to take the necessary remedial actions to improve practice and maintain safety.

• Undertake a programme of planned, and reactive, quality assurance audits across services to ensure CQC, commissioner and other statutory standards are met and exceeded by measuring performance against policy, procedure and regulations.

• Accurately record and report on quality, safety and compliance KPIs and statistics to the Regional Manager and Registered Managers.

Principal Accountabilities

- Auditing compliance against Quality Management Systems, GMP and HACCP controls, raising all non-conformances against relevant standards with objective evidence

The Advisor, Regulatory Compliance (Senior Auditor) is primarily responsible for reviewing the organization's internal controls, processes, and policies to validate compliance with regulatory consumer protection laws and regulations. Lead monitoring and testing engagements, including defining the scope of the review, selecting the testing approach and sampling methodology, collaborate with analysts in the design and documentation of working papers, complete the complex areas of the review, and overseeing the completion and issuance of the reports. • Define the scope of the review and prepare the review program in conjunction with the monitoring and testing area manager.
• Determine the sample methodology and assist the analyst in selecting the sample.
