The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physicist with expertise in the development of Redox flow batteries and Supercapacitor. The ideal candidate will be passionate about R&D in scientific exploration of Physics related protocols and their relation to emerging technology.
You’ll be leading the technical team at Allegro Energy which specializes in the development of energy storage solutions, especially redox flow batteries and supercapacitors.
The candidate must also possess a strong background in chemistry and physics from an academic perspective. As the Chief Science Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all research, interpretation of data, design of system, ensuring quality control of system components and taking responsibility of the technical progress of the company’s products. As the technical lead, you’ll also be required to support business activities such as investor pitches, techno-commercial traction, etc.
You will be required to manage a rigorous experimentation scheme for ongoing R&D of micro-emulsion electrolytes, their membrane compatibility, and electro-kinetics with the goal of improving and optimizing system metrics.
