We are hiring for an experienced, self-driven professional who will play a key role in managing the Institutional Equities distribution clientele network.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Senior sales people to do the following:
· Cultivate strong relationships with institutional equity fund managers, banks, insurance companies, AIFs, PMS, and hedge funds.
· Day to day management of relationships with asset managers/ portfolio managers, buy-side analysts, hedge fund managers, pension funds, traders.
· Manage company and analyst marketing initiatives, including meetings, conference calls, and industry events.
· Facilitate key meetings between clients and relevant members of the company team
· Ensure effective dissemination of firm research and facilitate introductions between clients and company management teams.
· Conduct consultative sales meetings, emphasizing the value of the firm's offerings.
· Provide timely feedback to the team on client interactions, comments, and concerns.
· Maintain a keen focus on tracking Indian capital markets, whether in equity research or institutional equity sales
Skill & Qualification required:
· Undergraduate with 2 to 4 years’ experience in relationship management or analysis in Financial Services.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· To engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
· Mandatory exams will have to be cleared as per MAS guidelines related to capital markets.
