·      To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously

·      Maintain our file system,

·      To handle general administration duties i.e., paperwork, filling, preparation of invoice, courier service, handling forwarding. 

.      Excellent computer skills especially typing.

·      Maintain and update filing, mailing, stationary items and documentation

·      Ensure that the daily filing of records and documents are completed.

·      To perform all the admin and assist general administrative works time to time.

·      Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.

Job Description

• Overall assist all financial activities of the company, ie. financial statement, treasury functions, cash flow management etc including:-
  • Daily accounting operations, ie. payments & collections, staff claims & commission.
  • Monthly closing, ie. accounts payable, receivable & bank reconciliation; balance sheet & expenses analysis schedule.
  • Inventory control & costing

• Assist superior in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
• Assist superior in coordinating year-end audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agent relating to the preparation of final account and tax matters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

REPORTS TO:

• Chief Pharmacist

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• The Pharmacy Assistant will be required to perform various tasks within the Pharmacy Services including dispensing, preparation of drugs, compounding, repacking and counseling of customers regarding drug delivery devices to ensure the safe and effective dispensation of medication to the provision of health care.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Diploma in Pharmacy

PREFERRED

• Able to communicate fluently and write in English language and Bahasa Malaysia
• Has good communication, counseling and interpersonal skills. Reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Willing to train others, and demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
• Ability to work flexibly and weekends and/ or public holiday. Contribute to team leadership where appropriate and ability to work on own initiative.
• Preferred experience in hospital setting is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site store audits (both compliance and operational review) and stock take audits according to the audit plan.
• Prepare internal audit reports with practical and value-added recommendations.
• Detect frauds and errors in-store operations.
• To identify operational inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses, and any non-compliance to company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Advise and recommend improvements to the current store operating processes.
• Periodic review on the scope of the store audit review and recommend for enhancement of the standard audit program.
• Perform system data analysis and relevant risk assessments on the areas assigned.
• Perform ad hoc audit assignments instructed by Management.

Requirement: 

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of internal audit experience.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel.
• Must be willing to travel including Sabah and has own transport.
• Can start on an immediate basis.
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya.

Primary Tasks 

• Data collection as well as the merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets
• Ensuring the integrity of the data/information in MS Excel files by making sure there are no errors or mistakes in them

Other tasks for applicants who like more complex work:

• Conducting business research on selected topics of interests which can be related to any other field like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resource, psychology, law and etc. depending on your major or specialization
