Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure aligned and market relevant T&C between all channels considering customer cluster/subcluster.
2. Portfolio: customer segmentation & definition of Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group
3. Define/Review Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group for 12 months, track/adapt after 6 months Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group's performance.
4. Prepare target planning and forecasting.
5. Potential: Define the potential of attraction of new customers
6. Sales competency requirements (Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB), supervisor) and manual "How to work with customers?“
7. Calculate & ensure EBIT of the channel.
8. Control sales process
   1. Get promo activities and promo calendar from marketing.
   2. Collect information on new launched products, Define focus products.
   3. Target setting per agent & customer [TGS]
   4. Ensure to have Partner Type 05 maintained.
   5. Define & align Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) targets with Business Operations (BOP).
9. Check global sales process & confirm/adjust/provide comments.
10. Sales data integrated planning and ordering system (IPOS) & Sales Price (SPs) system exchange preparation.
11. Ensure the customer development report is analyzed and all action are taken.
12. Based on the report provided by with Business Operations (BOP) prepare customer mix for next year and align with channel management and Cost Break Down (CBD)

This role involves overseeing the implementation and conceptual development of the regional trade term system, aligning it with legal changes and market approaches across all countries. Responsibilities include adapting country-specific blueprints, preparing decision proposals for regional product floor price exceptions, and developing potential changes in trade term systems across Business Units. The role also requires someone who is strong in negotiation approaches, terms and condition changes, and customer migration plans per customer cluster. Additionally, the individual ensures the IT-based terms and condition system, including exception management, in collaboration with the Business Operations team.

Tasks:

• Actively drives the implementation of the trade term system in close collaboration with CSO (Country Sales Organization) organization and cross business unit Pricing Region of Europe and Asia. Regular reports on process and deviation
• Follows up on customer migration plans and supports country to find solutions to bring all customers into corridor.
• Holds communication with CSOs on terms and conditions progress management.
• Actively drives best practice exchange between channels and countries.
• Monthly report on trade terms system including exceptions.
• Provides trainings on trade terms concept.
• Analysis retail contracts for A and B customers in the region on adherence /migration towards trade terms target picture.
• Develops IT based systematic to allow efficient management of contract.
• Ambassador for negotiation excellence standards (GAP)
• Ensures high data quality in statistical conditions in close cooperation.

Responsibilities include optimizing brand visibility and user interaction across online retail touchpoints, implementing performance measurement processes, and driving resource reallocation toward online channels. Collaboration with the Business Digital Organization (BDO) is essential for creating digital and automated content distribution processes. Additionally, the role involves fostering the online excellence and maturity of various countries.

Tasks:

• Close alignment with legal to define (freedom of action) on marketplaces for Bosch as manufacturer.
• Run and evaluate pilots in countries. Learn, adapt and roll out concepts for online marketplaces internationally.
• Ensure sales excellence process concerning online maturity to reach the highest brand visibility on key retailers' website.
• Define requirements for best-in-class online content.
• Define and implement a new content distribution process.
• Develop and implement performance tracking to ensure and operationalize implementation of communication at key retailers.
• Ensure usage of all retailer’s communication channels to deliver target group-specific messages.
• Develop and implement organizational requirements that enable the Country Sales Organization (CSO) organizations to cope with the increase share of online sales.
• Develop an overview of online dealer (structure) in the region of Europe of Asia and define focus dealer.
• Develop in cooperation with other departments a training program to establish required skill level in Country Sales Organization (CSO)/central organization.
