Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field with minimum 1 year of working experience.

YOUR MISSION

The Executive will Drive Supply Chain Operations excellence with country warehouse operations focusing in SCM cost, Productivity KPI and Logistics efficiency and provide guidance to Country by introducing and benchmarking best practices. Lead and implement continuous process improvement.

Improve overall inventory management (inventory profile, visibility and tracking of inventory availability).

Task 1: Import and Export Management

• Monitor product import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Example: custom clearance procedure and custom’s clearance requirements such as application of VO, KSO, Form D/E/AI, Back to Back Form D/E, Invoice, Packing List and shipping terms and HS code declaration for SST/ duty.
• Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.
• Working closely with local custom broker and Puma compliance team to align on HS code classification and changes, and ensure system reflected latest update.
• Ensure well maintain all logistics documentation for audit purpose. Example: Puma invoices, forwarder/ 3PL/ vendor invoices. packing list, General Shipping Instruction (GSI) and SOP.
• In the event of any new contract take place, working with Puma compliance team to ensure all clauses are meeting trade compliances request and no conflict of interest with company.
• Validate and ensure all the import/ export documents cost are correct billed.
• Monitor on time freight booking from/ to forwarder until shipment arrive on time as per in-warehouse date.
• Plan consolidation based on the origin of goods to maximize the container utilization without impact product launch date.  This to ensure the country meeting the Global Container Filled Rate.
• Coordinate with 3PL to complete the inspection process pertaining export shipment.  Example: Indonesia.
• Working closely with Purchasing team for better buying trend as per in-store date.   
• Ensuring on time invoice validate, accurate and submit to account payable.
• Address recharge instruction accordingly to minimize logistic expense.
• Working closely with Global Logistics to exchange info and updates, cascade down to team on all updates.
• Resolve problems concerning all relevant logistics import and export.
• Follow up latest FTA updates and share among SEA team.

Task 2: Warehouse Operation Management

• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics inbound liaising with internal stakeholders and all aspect of 3PL.  Example: priority receiving and sharing of Key Initiative (KI) style number.
• Monitor warehouse workforce. Ensuring efficiency of 3PL and meeting daily productivity as per SLA. 
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.  Achieve maximum of resources and avoid wastages.
• Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
• Deliver solutions to warehouse problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
• Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities. 
• Validate discrepancy from fresh inbound and ensure necessary adjustment done in place, and PO closure.
• Drive inbound audit check to ensure tally with fresh inbound.
• Monitor and ensure GR/return scanning completed timely, clear system EDI error.

Task 3: Warehouse Inventory Management

• Ensure timely completion of Goods Receipts by monitoring the warehouse space utilize against the priority shipment receiving. 
• Ensure the integrity of inventory good receipts accurate with the help of direct reports.
• Identify and resolve any quantity discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are match.  

Task 4: Reporting, Process Improvement and others

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Ensuring the Logistic Finance Report, monthly inbound report, discrepancy report is accurate.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, freight cost, product volumes or mixes.
• To support and involve others activity when necessary.  Example: B2C campaign and stock take.  
• Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
• Collaborate LOG report with related stakeholder for better insight on LOG status.  Example: update daily the logistic report to power BI.
• Ensure flow go smoothly, shelve down unnecessary process, move towards to lean and efficient processes.  Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance business growth and improvement.  Analyze the impact of proposed changes.
• Implement operational plans to improve and track all the work processes in compliance with organizational requirements.

What you will do

The Sales Executive, Data Centers is a key role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and will be accountable for all sales activities necessary for the profitable growth of the Johnson Controls HVAC and Controls business with Data Center customers.

Manage content of Puma e-commerce under the fast growing E-commerce department and work closely with all key functions in the organization as well as external vendors i.e marketplaces, etc.

 

Task 1:

Content strategy and management: work together with Assistant Manager, Content Ecom to set up Puma SEA content strategy, and develop content calendar for 52 weeks for various marketplaces, which will be aligned with marketing& e-commerce calendar.

Task 2:

Manage and maintain content resources by leveraging global synergy (global visual portal) and localized tasks, including store decoration, photo shooting, videos and etc. Understand consumer insights and shopping behavior from different marketplaces, drive both brand consistency and differentiation among them.

Task 3:

Able to design, file and share content in a logical way and monitor marketplaces in a daily basis in terms of the content/ copywriting/ photography/ font/ and etc, so that global branding standards are met. Work together with Manager, Marketplace Ecommerce Content for key designs and campaign banners to make sure brand image is well managed.

Task 4:

Cross-function communications: cooperate with marketing in a weekly basis, and implement Puma Marketing regional calendar and SEA calendar into E-commerce marketplaces. Work together with Ecom Merchandising and Ecom Marketing Manager, and support content based on product launch calendar. Be supportive and flexible to solve sale KPI, i.e. sell thru of slow movers, KV styles and etc.

Task 5:

New projects& data analysis: Able to plan visuals creatives and use data to adjust content strategy, i.e. UV, conversation rate, inventory value and etc. Work together with creative team from TP and provide competition analysis report from content& creative perspective, and drive innovation for all marketplaces.

What you will do

The Sales Executive – Controls & Security is a key role reporting directly to Sales Director – Install Business.

You will be concentrated on project sales and installation solutions, growing our market share with new business customers in UAE,  specifically in Abu Dhabi and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Security portfolio.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

How you will do it

As a Sales Executive:

• You will have an understanding and knowledge of our product portfolio among BMS and Security and wider ELV  solutions and you will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close the new opportunities.
• You will qualify and work closely along with our internal pre-sales expertise to have the right techno-commercial solutions for the projects with customers.
• Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the customers and direct tenders.
• You will demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding, sales strategies, products, and services.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationship with the customers and identifies ways to anticipate customer needs.
• You are determined and consistent in your approach to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously by planning and time management skills.
• You will adhere to company processes, compliance and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities.

What we look for

Required  

• University Degree – bachelor’s in electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience focused on installation solutions for BMS & Security business within UAE region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market. Demonstrable network of customer, consultant and client relationships in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
• Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Valid UAE Driving License
