• Issue of invoices and exchange order
• Prepare month end account closing report
• Perform bank in daily cash and cheque deposit
• To coordinate with HQ Finance team to ensure month end closing on schedule
• Support other office administrative duties
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting and Finance field or Business Administration related
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude

ROLE

• Report to finance manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance function.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely submission.
• Handle billing, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Follow up accounts receivables collection.
• Process accounts payable
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Liaised with external auditor and tax agents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or relevant equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic accounting software will be an advantage.
• Independent, organized and able to work at fast paced environment.
• Candidates available immediately or within short notice preferred.
