Job Description:

- Perform daily operational accounting & finance/treasury functions in accounts  receivable, payable, general ledger, cash & bank management, fixed asset management, inventory management, taxation and other related accounting/finance tasks.
- Participate in the closing of accounts, preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting with data analysis, including statement of profit and loss, statement of financial position and statement of cash flow. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of monthly management account closing.
- To prepare, compile & monitor the company’s Annual Budgets, forecast & projection.
- Monitor cash flow & prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecast report. Reporting and handling of company cash flow requirement.
- Manage and maintain accuracy of Bank Balance information and Petty Cash records.
- Handling of FOREX planning, hedging requirement and reporting.
- Responsible for liaising with external parties i.e. external auditors and company secretary.
- Liaise and follow up with bank officers in relation to bank matters.
- Check and prepare documents on bank reconciliation and ensure proper documentation for internal and external auditors review.
Ensure compliances with accounting standards, company SOP, statutory reporting and local authorities.
- Check to ensure online bank account numbers of suppliers are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorized.
- Check, verify and process the payments and ensure all the payments are properly authorized according to company policy.
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time-to-time.

Job Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or relevant qualification
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint

The Risk Operations Analyst I is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Responsibilities:

• Activation and maintenance of locally approved credit obligors in the credit system
• Preparation of credit approvals (CA) document in the credit system based on the data provided by the RM and Risk for Annual Review, Interim, Extension and Initial following the established procedures, policies and checkpoints;
• Input and maintenance of approved credit facilities in the credit system (e.g. facility creation, allocations/re-allocations, facility amendment, cancellation, classification, special handling instructions, and updates using “As Of” functionality);
• Ensure that the credit approvals are obtained and in compliance to the credit policy.
• Review and rectification of data exceptions.; month-end adjustments on credit facilities via "as of" functionality. Monitoring, completion/filing of fully approved workflows;
• Monthly reporting of Expiring CAs and Expired CAs;
• Checking of approval for Classified Credit Review if in compliance to the credit policy.

What you will be responsible for 

• Processing the administrative instructions received 

• Following up with client for instructions authorization and ensuring processes are made timely 

• Maintaining standard filing of instructions package and reports 

• Filling in the daily checklist accordingly with the activities performed 

• Maintaining the daily mandate management package 

• Preparing standard audit package 

• Ensuring that the instructions received are compliant with State Street policy 

• Analyzing the instructions exceptions and act accordingly to resolve with the responsible parties in a timely manner 

• Monitoring exceptions resolutions and solicit resolutions details to the responsible parties
