Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie sind Teil eines Buchhaltungsteams von sechs qualifizierten Mitarbeitern.
Mithilfe bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse (nach US GAAP und HGB) für mehrere rechtliche und selbstständige Gesellschaften bildet einen Schwerpunkt Ihrer Aufgaben.
Zuarbeit und direkter Kontakt zu unseren Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Banken gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Auch an der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen durch unsere Steuerberater werden Sie unterstützend mitwirken.
Sie haben die Intercompany-Fakturierung, die Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Bereichen, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr, Banken und Kontenabstimmung im Griff.
Dabei stehen Sie im Tagesgeschäft nicht nur als Ansprechpartner für buchhalterische Sonderfälle zur Seite, sondern legen bei komplexen Aufgaben auch selbst Hand an.
In unserem internationalen Finance-Bereich ist Vieles in Bewegung. Für Sie heißt das, in Ihrem Bereich Prozesse und Abläufe aktiv zu gestalten.
Sie vertreten die anderen Team-Mitglieder während Abwesenheits-Perioden und erhalten dadurch Einblicke in andere Bereiche.
Ihr Profil:
Ausbildung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit einer Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen eines international aufgestellten Unternehmens, idealerweise in einem US-börsennotierten Konzern.
Erfahrung in Rechnungslegung / Bilanzierung nach HGB und US GAAP.
Versiert im Umgang mit SAP R3 sowie mit MS Office ist ein Muss
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich;
Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wichtig.
