OPENINGS/ RENOVATION
FORECASTING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & BUDGET

• Weekly meetings with all functional heads & Regional VM manager to update and discuss on
business in general
• Work closely with internal departments to propose strategies and solutions for product
focus/collection launch/ retail events
• Follow ups with merchandising team to ensure that stocks delivery and quantities have
sufficient for any launch
• Follow up with store planning on refurbishment, opening & pop up store events on to ensure we
meet the setup deadline
• Involved in all aspects of store opening from product allocation/ floor-plan feedback/ visual tools
check to final display execution
• Email communications with store teams on seasonal and general VM information
• Ordering and planning of all visual materials/tools from HQ for openings/lightbox
images/replenishments for DOS
• Follow up with HQ to ensure props receipt meet the VM schedule for installation date
• Working with contractors to ensure installation is meeting the timeline and HQ standards from
to final execution for DOS
• Budget planning on VM expenditure on windows, lightbox and event for DOS stores
• Ensuring that all stores maintain the VM standard through constant VM communication via
phone and email
• Communication with wholesale markets on VM information and sharing of VM display images
• Working with VM team to remerchandise and photographing all in-store & windows for monthly
reports, capsule launches, retail events for DOS stores
• Work trips to SEA & Australia for VM setup, seasonal training, and market visits

Design Coordinator
Study & review the project documents (Project specification, issued for construction drawings ,pre tender & post tender queries) in order to plan ahead for all required engineering according to the Project program.
Ensuring compliancy with local standards and International Building Codes (IBC)
Assist the Design Manager to plan, organize, implement, coordinate and control the construction of interior works.
Review with Design Manager the engineering Logs to provide accurate delivery dates
Liaises with the commercial team and highlight any difference between the Issued for construction drawings and Tender drawings.
Drawings and diagrams: Preparation, back-drafting, updating as per project discipline requirements and good engineering practices
Liaises with subcontractor and supplier to ensure their delivery of the required engineering submittals as planned earlier
Plan and review the shop drawings done in house to ensure it is in line issued for construction documents
Review the material submittals and shop drawings submitted by the subcontractors and ensure it is in line issued for construction documents
Coordinate with all other discipline to produce a coordinated drawings for construction
able to provide solutions to problems in the field or ensure that sub-contractors’ Requests for Information are addressed quickly
Control/ monitor and respond to client/ contractor and sub-contractor RFI’s
Issue RFIs for any missing information / discrepancies within the issued for construction documents and arrange for workshops meeting with the consultant/client
Ensuring that all RFIs replies have been reflected on the construction drawings and the site team are working based on the latest drawings
Ensure that the engineering logs are updated on a daily basis and the information presented to the consutant /client within the weekly report are realistic and reflect the actual status of the Engineering
Liaises with the commercial team and assist for the updating of the project change trackers on weekly basis to ensure that all design changes in reference to RFIs reply, comments on drawings, RFMs received from the consultant /client have been considered for any cost impact
Adapts / executes existing drawings to incorporate design changes demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
Handling the different versions of the drawings and ensuring they are controlled in a sequential reference environment.
Maintaining standards throughout the various stages of the design drawings
Maintain accurate records of drawing issue sheets, referenced drawing numbers & title block

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop high image and aesthetic standards, with a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality.
· Build an adapted Visual Experience strategy in collaboration with markets to bring relevancy and consistency across the region, having in mind the business development.
· Ensure the elevation of the overall visual experience in all touchpoints and guarantee that the visual identity is always at its optimum, locally relevant, and impactful.
· Be a key contributor and strategist in openings, retrofits, renovations, and any ephemeral conceptions.
· Be a true advocate of a 360-degree approach with all Markets, departments, Central and local teams.
· Collaborate with Central and Regional SDP on cultural understanding of the different countries and enrich creative knowledge when it comes to regional crafts, local design, and techniques.
· Develop L&D program dedicated to VM, in close collaboration with Central team to upgrade the level of expertise in the VM and retail population.
· Oversee and develop a regional Hub of experts.

3/ RETAIL PROGRAMMING
· Build the retail programming calendar by markets and boutiques, along with Marketing and Commercial teams and harmonize it regionally.
· Create consistent and well-integrated animations in boutiques.
· Coordinate and develop creative visual specific projects.
4/ MUTUALISATION
· Optimize and mutualize local production to save costs and time for each country.
· Promote travelling concepts in the region for material recycling, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
· Support VM operation in emerging markets below critical size.
· Act as a Regional control tower for PLV stock management and mutualisation of materials for traveling concepts.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT
· At least 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Windows displays, Styling, Events, Retail Design, Scenography, Architecture and or Branding in the Luxury goods, Lifestyle, Fashion, Jewelry & Watches, within both Retail and Wholesale.
· Be customer and result-oriented.
· Be open-minded, curious, creative with a disciplined eye.
· Talented to work with creatives while keeping the feet on the ground.
· Good organizational skills.
