Responsibilities:
- Issuing of warning letter and disciplinary action
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, insurance and inquiries.
- Applying for HR grants and internship program (GRT)
- Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations as needed.
- Renewing of company vehicles road tax
- Upkeeping of company vehicles
- Raising PR via SAP
- Purchasing of general items (cleaning, prayer items and etc)
- Managing on cleaners’ daily routine and task
- Handling company lines (Linkus request and company mobile line)
- Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
