Why this role?
KONE South East Asia (KSEA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking Service and Modernization Deployment Manager, KSEA to join our team.
This role is to manage projects and roll out strategic initiatives identified by the KSEA leadership team. The project manager is responsible for engaging the stakeholders and define project charters, resources, and timelines to implement the selected initiatives. What will you be doing?
Define clear project charter and engage senior stakeholders to seek alignment on the target state and ensure the right team and resources are provided for to complete the initiatives within the assigned timeline.
Conduct detailed study of as-is processed to identify the pain points, challenges, root causes, opportunities, and enablers to define the right solutions, operating model, and end state.
Work in close collaboration with Area and Global team to bring best practices, processes and tools into KSEA.
Develop a scalable model for project implementation that could be applied quickly to other countries.
Ensure change management is incorporated into implementation plan with the support of Area , KSEA change & communications teams.
Proactively manage deployment program bringing program stream and people together for project designing, implementation and governance.
Prepare procress report, benefit dashboards, and facilitate program steering meetings.
Proactively engage with global, area, FL, and country stakeholder for successful program deployment.
