Job responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
- To attend customers enquiries and appointment to understand and satisfy the need of customers
- Ensure timely reporting on project work progress and reports to Engineer.
- Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to work schedule
- Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed.
- Keep track of and report on project progress.
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Engineer & Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineer & Manager orderly and efficiently.
- Update and assist in Work in progress.
- To do filling for the documents
Job requirement and preferences:
- Candidate must at least process SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Good communication correspondences skills, Microsoft office knowledge
- Able to create and administer task priority list based on company needs.
- Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and resolve discrepancies in reasonable amount of time.
- Mandarin speaking are most welcomed
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply!
