Job Responsibilities:

·       Implementation, Operation, and maintenance of audit of HSE Management System in compliance with ISO9001 and 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

·       Responsible for overall planning, implementation of the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health matters within workplaces.

• Managing daily appointments and preparing the necessary documents i.e. GL, Forms, etc.

• Attending to all queries from the patient or customer from various channels i.e. Face to face, phone call, email, or WhatsApp.

• Any other task assigned by the Management.

   

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
