• Reports to Head of Implementation & Buying while collaboratively working with the Business Directors and Category Leaders to ensure the media plans are activated.
• Quality control of all implementations, scheduling, optimization and buying responsibility on designated clients to ensure that respective brands’ KPIs, price guarantees and commitments, are understood and delivered.
• Ability to construct post buy reports, providing actionable analysis for onward implementation.
• Has the ability to use data to hold discussions with media owners and clients. • Work with your Line Manager and planning team to manage, negotiate and monitor for best cost and ROI for ad-hoc / tactical campaigns.
• Provide timely monthly budget reporting & bonus/ commitment tracking
• Has the ability to adapt to different planning/ buying tools to deliver & justify the execution such as optimization tools (Tardiis) and more
• Able to use and teach Proprietary Tools relevant to the Trading/ I&B function and to ensure that his/ her team has strong proficiency in all the relevant research tools.
