Continuous Improvement:
Introduce and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile Release Train, pinpointing areas for optimization and efficiency.
Propel the adoption of Agile best practices, ensuring teams are consistently learning and evolving.
Risk Management:
Identify and proactively address risks related to the Agile Release Train, offering solutions to potential challenges.
Work closely with teams to resolve impediments and facilitate timely issue resolution.
Technical Leadership:
Offer technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile methodologies to inform and enhance the organization's practices.
Provide direction to development teams on designing systems' integration and cross-sharing of data within and beyond China's borders.
Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect embracing Agile methodologies.
In-depth familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in large-scale organizations.
A solid grasp of software architecture, development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
Experience with Salesforce architectural design is advantageous.

The Energy Studies Institute (ESI) is a research institute at the National University of Singapore seeking to advance the understanding of energy policy issues by conducting independent research and analysis. We are looking for researchers to join a multi-disciplinary team carrying out research projects on a range of energy issues that concern Singapore and the region.
ESI has an opening for a Research Assistant to ensure the timely delivery of research and policy recommendations with national, regional and/or international clients. Candidates are expected to be highly familiar with data analytics, visualization and the deployment of modern computer science techniques, ideally including an awareness of emerging digital technologies and trends in automated data capture. Candidates will also need to demonstrate a robust understanding of principles and techniques for carbon accounting and foot printing. An understanding of Singapore’s economic system and local work experience is desirable. The appointed candidate is also expected to have a sound awareness of current and emerging trends in energy and environmental research.
