2. Content Creation:
- Generate visually appealing and high-quality content through photo and video creation/editing.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts and digital marketing campaigns.
- Craft compelling and creative copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

3. Digital Marketing:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and product promotion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

4. Community Engagement:
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms.
- Implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community.

5. Website Management/Development:
Contribute to the management and development of the company website.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive, preferably in the outdoor or lifestyle industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong photo editing, design, and copywriting skills.

Skills:
Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong photo editing skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop. 
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
Proficient in software such as Adobe Ilustrator or InDesign is an advantage.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative New Media Planning Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms, emerging trends, and audience behavior. As a New Media Planning Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize our online presence, drive engagement, and achieve our marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving skills to effectively reach and resonate with our target audience across various digital channels.

· Require Professional Writing and Communication Skills in both Mandarin & English

· Competent in basic design softwares such as PhotoShop and Ai, experience on image and video editing will be an added advantage

· Attain basic knowledge in the management of social media platform

· Creative, possesses basic observational and analytical skills

· Able to communicate and work as a team, willing to learn and self-disciplined

Job Responsibilities:

• Preform variance investigation, verification and reporting on regular basis
• Completion of reports with high accuracy on time
• Responsible in product costing and cost accounting
• Assist in performing weekly & monthly variance analysis, cost and  profitable analysis
• To analyse cost for costing purposes, monitor changes in manufacturing process to determine the impact on profitability
• Update costing information, report preparation and carry out comparison of cost estimates against actual
• Calculate and analyse product costs, including material costs, direct labour, and manufacturing overhead. Work closely with the product development team to calculate costs for new products and provide cost inputs for pricing decisions.
• To support any ad-hoc assign from Management 
• Maintain and enhance costing systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency of cost data. Implement cost accounting methodologies and provide training to team members to ensure adherence to established standards

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in costing system development;
• Strong in interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Medium-high level of excel proficiency – V/H/X lookups and Pivot Tables is a must and preferable knowledge or experience in BI tools (Power BI / Power Query) will be an advantage;
• Presentation skills with PowerPoint
• Number sensitive  
• Working experience in Lean Manufacturing is highly preferred, but not a must.
