Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and agreements such as service agreement, collaboration or MOU and other related corporate agreement with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory and internal corporate policies. 
• Able to liaise with external lawyer of the ongoing legal proceedings such as negotiating settlements, defending against claims, pursuing claims on behalf of the company and contractual negotiation and provide necessary update to the company. 
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.

Job Summary

• To create safety awareness and carry out safety meeting, fire drill exercise, safety induction and safety training to existing employees and new employees
  To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace.

2. To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected.
3. To monitor work carried out by sub-contractors at site.
4. To report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to site engineer
5. To prepare site daily report for submission.
6. To ensure that Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site.
7. To receive, inspect and verify building materials delivered at site.
