Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years in Credit Assessment and/or credit evaluation experiences is required.
• Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced working environment.

The main purpose of a collector is to manage customer’s account on monthly basis, ensure all accounts pay before due date & to ensure customer’s account maintain and does not increase in ageing.

• Responsible to each separate individual result (collection result).
• Advise customer to make the payment on time.
• Re act as a reminder to remind customer regarding the payment due date
• Response customer request based on the customer requirement
• To ensure to maintain customer service and company image.
• Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues.
• Extensive follow up with customer via phone calls/email/fax to ensure that they pay in accordance to credit term.
• Ensure good clients relationship & service levels.
  Achieve the set standards in collections and financial objectives of collections by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree Holder.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Good communication in English & Malay
• Well knowledge of PC and proficiency in MS Office
• Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person’s ideas
• Persuasion skills in order to move others into positive action, attitudes and behavior
• Ability to handle & manage stress

Scope of work

The Sr. Operations Specialist works independently and autonomously to identify, lead, drive and manage work that supports the strategies, initiatives, and goals of the organization. Responsible for the development, implementation and support of programs and projects that ensure operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost, and continuous improvement. Manages the day-to-day operational needs as well as the strategic goals of the business. Leads compliance activities across the organization to ensure services are provided in accordance with State and Federal regulations, organizational policies and procedures, medical staff bylaws and accreditation/compliance requirements.

Scope of work

Plans and prioritizes care for individuals and population of patients, focusing on strategies that will promote optimal health within populations. Demonstrates expertise, current knowledge in nursing care and management of a caseload of patients of varying complexity and seeks to improve patient, family and health systems/community outcomes through the application of educational concepts / skills and preventive care in a managed care environment.

• Assesses internal and external referrals to identify patient/significant others’ needs, level of intensity, insurance benefits and other patient resources.
• Develops plan of care and makes recommendations to PCPs, specialists and other members of the health care team regarding care management strategies, identifying strategies to maximize continuity of care across the continuum.
• Assesses the educational needs of patients, families and members of the health care team and develops and implements appropriate teaching strategies or makes appropriate referrals.
• Communicates and collaborates with patient/significant others/providers/payers to coordinate services that improve access to appropriate services across the continuum of care and which promotes optimal health in a cost-effective manner.
• Measures patient care outcomes, interprets reports and analyzes data trends for groups of patients.
• Documents patient data, plan, interventions and outcomes according to department guidelines.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent nursing or a healthcare related field required. (all departments except Spectrum Health Ludington) BSN must be obtained within 7 years for those who start in this RN role on or after January 1, 2017 (Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital)
• 2 years of relevant experience clinical nursing and or case management/managed care or related field Required
• 5 years of relevant experience clinical nursing and or case management/managed care or related field Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Ambulatory Care Management Upon Hire required Or
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Ambulatory Care Management Upon Hire required
• Case Manager, Certified (CCM) - CCMC Commission for Case Manager Certification Upon Hire preferred
