Main Responsibilities

這是一家信譽良好的上市公司，主要從事土木工程和建築以及房地產開發和管理。目前，他們正在積極尋求聘請經驗豐富的人力資源薪資專家/官員作為整個人力資源團隊的一部分。該職位將設在位於八打靈再也 Kelana Jaya 的公司總部。工作時間：週一至週五上午 8.30 至下午 5.30。
關於工作
此角色向薪資管理經理報告並與薪資管理經理密切合作，涵蓋組織內的所有員工層級。作為高級薪資管理員，您的主要職責是管理薪資和人力資源職能，該角色最初將專注於薪資管理和報告以及工人薪酬。
您將協助經理進行基本的人力資源管理和管理員工記錄。您的核心職責將涉及使用薪資系統 Kaizen 管理約 300-500 名員工/員工的薪資處理和福利的日常管理。
要求
我們正在尋找具有人力資源學科或工商管理的高等教育資格並在人力資源投資組合方面有一定經驗的候選人。此時，首選年齡組為 28-38 歲的女性候選人。
在以前的工作中擁有大量/人數工資管理經驗的候選人將是一個明顯的優勢，儘管不是必須條件，因為將提供培訓。
她必須具備出色的英語口語和書面溝通能力，熟悉國語，如果還精通中文/普通話，則更有利。
要成功擔任此職位，您必須靈活並能夠與企業中各個層級的人員打交道。
