Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from purchase orders to customer billing.
Develop plans for production and inventory management to align with projects and promotional activities.
Perform financial risk assessments on inventory and production processes.
Address internal customer service queries and issues.
Identify and manage product shortages, create recovery strategies, and communicate updates to relevant parties.
Regularly update and manage master data files, including items and vendors.
Collaborate closely with sales to analyze demand and adjust SKU-level forecasts accordingly.
Build agreement on operational strategies and inventory objectives.
Generate and provide management with reports and information related to production, sales, and inventory planning.

Purpose and Job Summary
ORIX USA is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing cyber security team. You will analyze, assess, plan, and enact security measures to help protect the company from security breaches and attacks on its data, computer networks and systems. You will reduce our attack surface by employing the appropriate technologies and processes to prevent, detect and manage cyber threats. The Cyber Security Analyst will identify, monitor, assess, and counter the threat posed by cyber actors against our information systems. You will provide strategic assessment, tactical analysis and recommendations for risk reduction operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure a world-class cyber defense program by working closely with other technical, incident management, legal, compliance, and cyber personnel to develop a deeper understanding of the intent, objectives, and activity of cyber threat actors
Implement cyber security processes and procedures to ensure cyber security threats are mitigated
Participate as a core member of the incident response team
Appropriately inform and advise management on incidents and incident prevention
Develop policies and/or advocates for changes in policy that support organizational cyberspace initiatives or required changes/enhancements
Document processes related to cyber security
Perform risk assessments to identify risk, recommend and implement risk reduction measures
Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to junior team members
Work collaboratively with cyber, technical teams, and business functions
Lead implementation efforts for various security technology improvements and initiatives
Static and dynamic threat analysis

Education, Skills, & Experience
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber-Security, or Information Security is preferred. Five (5) years of cyber work experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ Years of Information Security/Cyber Security experience within enterprise-level organizations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer service and quality focused with proven process improvement skills
Strong understanding of cyber threat landscape, vulnerability management, and NIST CSF
Innovative problem solving, research, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

The Role:
The role is part of our Global SOC team, tasked to deliver Managed Security Services (MSS) and help customers achieve its business goals & objectives by re-imagining cybersecurity as one of its business enabler. The role reports to SOC vertical based in Singapore.
It is great opportunity to put your past experiences in building a world class SOC and address cybersecurity challenges of organizations in the region. It provides exposure to wide variety of security technologies, and provides opportunity for the candidate to pioneer in developing SOC and build new MSS offerings.
Accountabilities:
· Work in 24x7 shift environment to handle security incidents and provide level two (L2) support during analysis & investigations to identify the root cause.
· Provide detailed remediation recommendation to customers for the incidents within agreed SLAs, and if required assist them during remediation implementation.
· Execute SOC playbooks, knowledge base to minimize the security incident impact and perform detailed investigation on the infected assets.
· Escalate critical incidents to 3rd level support team, for further analysis & investigations, and demonstrate excellent collaboration skills for timely resolution to minimize impact to customers.
· Review 3rd party threat intel feeds and integrate them into MSS platforms to provide value to our customers.
· Prepare SOC monthly reports, which includes customization based on business requirements and present them to customers during monthly meetings, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
· Enable regional L1 Security Analysts to deliver seamless L1 support by developing SOC playbooks, relevant and sufficient knowledge base.
The Individual and their Experience:
· Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in SOC and MSS environments, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Information security.
· Excellent hands-on experience on incident analysis using SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar.
· Hands on experience on any Endpoint Protection (EPP) or Endpoint Detection Response (EDR) technologies. Preferred if Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike.
· Exposure to firewall technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
· Good understanding of WIN, LINUX environments and well versed with basic LINUX commands and troubleshooting, with a proven Unix (Solaris, Linux, BSD) experience.
· Knowledge on any shell scripting language, and to apply them to automate mundane operations tasks.
· Candidate should have at least one cybersecurity industry certification such as CEH, CHFI.
· Good understanding of basic network concepts and advantage if exposure to cloud technologies.
· Lateral thinking combined with excellent troubleshooting skills, preferably with experience following ITIL standards.
