Sales & Operations Manager
For Little Forest
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer's enquiries on site and via whatsapp/email; Assist in check-ins and simple health checks of parents and children at the reception. Managing inventory of the centre including purchasing.
Managing our CRM system and booking system which include sales of our classes and programmes. Generating and analysing sales report and reporting to the Director on monthly sales figures.
Will be required to step in to assist classes when required.
Centre Operating Hours:
Our operating hours are Mondays to Thursdays; 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturdays & Sundays; 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Job Requirements:
1. Have experience interacting with children from 6 months to 6 years old, comfortable working in a children-centric environment.
2. Comfortable to commute to Joo Chiat.
3. Have a good knack at handling difficult parents, via written communciation as well as F2F.
4. Able to write and communicate effectively and professionally.
5. Strong attention to details is a must.
6. Good punctuality, able to report on time at 8.30am every working day.
7. Able to work on one weekend - either Saturday or Sunday, subject to rostering.
8. Able to work independently as well as with a small team.
9. Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
10. Is a Singaporean / SPR
