5.      To prepare reports on collection activities

POSITION OVERVIEW

Perform duty as responsible for data entry key in and filling documents for management activity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth day to-day operation.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs data entry and clerical duties.
• Manage, organize and maintain documents by performing filing and documentation work.
• Any ad-hoc tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned by superior.
• To support all production-related activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping of working environment and cleanliness of products at all the times.
• Able to work OT and weekends, Sunday if required.
• To perform materials / products issuing / receiving, materials handling jobs etc.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Wear safety gear at all times.
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide necessary support and services to sales staff of the Company in the execution of day-to-day sales functions.
• Prepares various documents such as sales schedules, reports, and statistics as directed for managerial review.
• Responsible for generating quotations, agreements, correspondence, delivery orders / invoices, confirmation of orders for the Sales Department.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of office management skill and basic accounting principles.
• Administrative/Corporate travel coordinator experience preferred.
• Ability to work a fast-paced environment, anticipate and respond to changing situations.

This position is a sales role and has responsibilities in Deposits account acquisition from consumers and businesses with opportunity to obtain leads for other products through HLB@Work. The position will explain how products work and the services available, provide sales materials and support, create new leads and follow up with new customers.
