§ Based in Kuala Terengganu, areas of coverage , Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Johor. Company car will be provided.
§ Searching for new clients / expand existing client base, who could benefit from your products in a designated region
§ Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential, and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
§ Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs,
o by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
o by positioning our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
§ Calculating client quotations
§ Negotiating tenders and contracts terms
§ Offering after-sales support services
§ Preparing Sales reports , by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
· Identifying areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business
§ Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a quarterly basis
§ Followup on payments collection from customers
§ Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
§ responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment.
§ supervising engineering and technical staff.
§ Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service/Maintenance calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job
§ playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program
other supporting jobs funtions
· Makes continuous improvement through investigation and recommendations to Manager.
· Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
