工作職責：

• 準備變更訂單工作和報價的數量。
• 出席客戶詢問及預約，了解並滿足客戶的需求
• 確保及時報告專案工作進度並向工程師報告。
• 確保我們的安裝、維修和/或維護工作按照工作計劃進行
• 規劃、協調、監督和監控現場工作，並確保現場人員遵守公司規章制度。
• 研究資訊以根據需要支援其他團隊和部門。
• 追蹤並報告專案進度。
• 有效率、及時地完成工程師和經理分配的任何任務。
• 有序、有效率地執行工程師和經理分配的其他職責。
• 更新並協助正在進行的工作。
• 填寫文件

職位要求及偏好：

• 候選人必須至少獲得任何領域的 SPM 或文憑。
• 良好的溝通能力，Microsoft Office知識
• 能夠根據公司需求建立和管理任務優先清單。
• 能夠在合理的時間內定義問題、收集數據、確定事實並解決差異。
• 最受歡迎會講國語

Job responsibilities: 

• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• To attend customers enquiries and appointment to understand and satisfy the need of customers
• Ensure timely reporting on project work progress and reports to Engineer.
• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to work schedule
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
• Research information to support other teams and departments as needed.
• Keep track of and report on project progress.
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Engineer & Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Engineer & Manager orderly and efficiently.
• Update and assist in Work in progress.
• To do filling for the documents

Job requirement and preferences:  

• Candidate must at least process SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Good communication correspondences skills, Microsoft office knowledge
• Able to create and administer task priority list based on company needs.
• Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and resolve discrepancies in reasonable amount of time.
• Mandarin speaking are most welcomed
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply!
