As a Marketing Executive, your role is very important as:

• You will responsible to provide consultation to potential students & parents and follow up via phone, walk in, email, & etc.
• You will responsible to provide a counselling to prospective students regarding course information, requirement etc.

3) Monitoring on enforcement of safety related matters on site

Qualifications:

- Diploma in a relevant field.

Requirements : 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in Science or equivalent.
• Required language(s); English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage to deal with mandarin speaking clients).
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing in related industry.
• A team player, with strong planning, theory, communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
• High level of integrity, dynamic, persistent, results-driven, positive, highly-motivated and willing to speak up and present her/himself confidently.
• Must be resourceful and able to work independently to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule projects
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external .
• Follow up closely with authorities and consultants to ensure project deliver in time
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
