Tasks :

• Assist to schedule Interview session & follow up with stakeholders
• Prepare offer letter, extension/ shortening for Interns 
• Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process    
• Assist profile completion for interns & submit in Self Service Framework (SSF)
• Prepare Document for Expatriates & submit

Projects : 

• Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type
• Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment 

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Business Management / Human Resource fields.
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills, Good communication skill & Analytical skill
